Ecovations Lifestyle Inc consults and designs worldwide. Our Building Team works to provide Lifestyle and operational solutions from individual to Industry. We use Facilities Operations, building design and Media Platforms as our vehicles. By testing product and new practices we are able to innovate as well as verify energy savings, Indoor Air Quality, safety and Return on Investment. We are 1% for the planet Member #2285 and B-corporation certified. We can provide guidance, tools and support for creating a more eco-friendly environment, striving towards a zero-waste production. Additionally, we see the value in having the sustainability initiatives be congruent with those of FOX Studios. We have members of our team who have worked at FOX, specifically in sustainability.

B Lab is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create a new sector of the economy that harnesses the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. This sector will be comprised of a new type of corporation - the B Corporation - which will be legally recognized by the states, tax preferred by the IRS, and valued by employees, investors, and consumers. As a result, individuals and communities will have greater economic opportunity, society will have moved closer to achieving a positive environmental footprint, more people will be employed in great places to work, and we will have built a global network of local living economies.

Our Local Purchasing Policy is to affirm our commitment to comprehensive environmental stewardship. We strive to work with local vendors whose services and products:
(1) further Ecovation’s community stewardship goals
(2) demonstrate superior long term sustainability, energy efficiency, and pollution minimization in product production and usage life cycles.
In addition, Ecovations has an articulated commitment to institutional diversity across lines of race, ethnic origin, religion, gender and sexual orientation. We therefore encourages the placing of its business with vendors and suppliers, of these goals of institutional diversity.
Our commitment to environmental stewardship is a core value and dictates a high sensitivity to like commitment on the part of vendors selected to supply the Firm and to the products and services they offer.
Preferential sourcing from local suppliers for Ecovations’ needs should be driven by more than just location. Where local vendors are unable to offer superior pricing to us, local vendors should offer qualitative factors – product quality, delivery, service, after-sale support, and terms – that comprise a package which gives them equal or superior overall competitiveness with large chain vendors. In the event a local option is not available that meets quality standards, Ecovations will research and source a supplier in the following geographical order, starting with regional, then national, then international.
